FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Below are some questions that are commonly asked by new and current patients. Feel free to contact our office for any additional questions you may have. We are here for you.
Are new patients accepted?
Yes, new patients are welcomed and are encouraged to contact our office to schedule an appointment visit. Our schedule varies each week, but we try our best to accomodate new patients for the soonest available date and time.
Can an emergency visit be scheduled?
Absolutely. Same day appointments are available throughout the week and we would love to help. Don’t hesitate to contact us for a dental emergency. However, if you are experiencing a medical emergency or a non-dental related complication, please dial 9-1-1 for further assistance.
I would like a second opinion, may I come in for that?
Yes, we welcome anyone that would like a second opinion. Second opinions are encouraged, especially if the patient’s questions have not been fully answered yet. Sometimes patients would like to hear a different perspective from a different dental provider.
During my first visit, will the dentist provide different options for my dental needs?
The answer is yes. Most of the time two, three and sometimes up to four options are presented to the patient. It is not necessary to make a decision during the initial consultation, so please don’t feel pressured when different options are presented and you may need to discuss those options with family members first.
Which financing options are offered at this practice?
We currently participate with CareCredit. Patients are encouraged to contact them via phone or visit their webpage. Any questions regarding financing with CareCredit and eligibility will be best answered by representatives from CareCredit.
Which insurance carriers do you currently accept?
We accept most PPO plans: Delta Dental, CIGNA, Aetna, Anthem, Metlife and several others. Each year we add more insurance carriers, but feel free to contact our office for eligibility benefits.
I'm currently missing one tooth and would like to replace it, can I schedule a consultation for that?
Yes, there are several options when it comes to replacing one missing tooth. The options may vary from patient to patient due to several factors. We recommend first taking diagnostic radiographs and discuss those options during your consultation visit.
